Responsibilities:

• Inspect properties following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Respond to alarms and attendance requests promptly.
• Produce detailed observation reports.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report missing keys/cards.
• Support assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain availability for rotational 5 on, 3 off roster.

Requirements:

• Valid NZ full driver’s license.
• Valid Certificate of Approval (CoA).
• Prior experience preferred.
• Strong observation and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
• Commitment to health and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
